The Pizza Oven Fuoco Double Chamber Digital Series boasts a powerful 18 kW for optimal cooking performance. Its double chamber design allows for even heat distribution, resulting in perfectly cooked pizzas every time. With its digital interface, precise temperature control and adjustable timers ensure accurate cooking for the perfect pizza.

The Fuoco is an electric pizza oven that was designed and built to offer extremely high levels of performance, efficiency and reliability with low operating costs. It is available for baking 4 pizzas with a diameter of 13.38". The digital version has an electronic card that is used to program the start, end of baking and two work settings (continuous/P2 and non-continuous/P1). The digital Fuoco has a safety thermostat and independent chambers. Upon request, some models can be produced with single-phase voltage.
