Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 7-14 business days.

Shipping Region

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Oversized Items

Large items such as pizza ovens and grills may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries require a signature upon delivery and may take additional time. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier website.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@thepizzaovenguru.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days and we will file a claim with the carrier.
